To accommodate state regulations at this current time please review our policy below:
We ask if you are not feeling well and need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us right away. We will also be reaching out to confirm your appointment, conduct a pre-screening, and answer any questions you may have before you come in.
Please note, we’ve added new measures to help us care for your health when you visit ALCOS;
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for a brief health screening at check-in. If this does not work for your schedule, we may need to reschedule, as our appointment times are carefully managed and staggered.
- When you arrive please call our office to let our staff know and we will advice you when to come up for a pre-screening. We can no longer have anyone waiting in our lobby.
- You MUST wear a face mask to your appointment; your provider will guide you on when to remove it for treatment. If you refuse to wear a mask or forget one we will have to reschedule your appointment.
- We can’t allow anyone in the clinic without an appointment, so please do not bring any family members or other guests to your appointment.
- You’ll check in with us outside of the office door where we will perform a temperature check and give you the code to the restroom to wash your hands. Please knock on the hallway door when we ask you to come up.
- After check-in, we ask that you wait outside of the office or down in the main lobby to support social distancing. We will call you when your provider is ready and escort you directly to your treatment room.
- After your appointment we ask that you make your next appointment quickly, and immediately leave the office so that the staff can sanitize properly for the next client.
